  • Match athletes with colleges and programs based on profile data, preferences, academics, and athletic criteria

  • Help recruiters search for and evaluate prospects

  • Display athlete profiles, academic information, and video content to approved coaches and recruiters

  • Facilitate communications between athletes, coaches, and recruiters

  • Provide customer support

  • Improve app performance, functionality, and user experience

  • Monitor usage, troubleshoot issues, and maintain security

  • Send administrative messages, updates, and service notifications

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information.

We may share information in the following circumstances:

A. With Approved Users of the Platform

Athlete profiles and related recruiting information are only visible to approved coaches and recruiters using the platform, as necessary to provide the recruiting and matching services offered by Hall of Fame Scouting Academy.

B. With Service Providers

We may share information with vendors and service providers that help us operate the Services, such as cloud hosting, storage, customer support, communications, and other technical service providers.

C. For Legal Reasons

We may disclose information if required to do so by law or if we believe disclosure is necessary to:

  • Comply with legal obligations

  • Enforce our terms and policies

  • Detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues

Our Services are designed to support recruiting and athlete discovery. Information submitted to the platform may include academic, athletic, and recruiting-related data, such as academic performance, athletic statistics, recruiting interests, questionnaire responses, and video content.

Users should only submit information they are authorized to share. Coaches, schools, parents, and users are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide complies with applicable privacy, consent, school, and athletic association requirements.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to:

  • Provide the Services

  • Maintain user accounts

  • Support recruiting and profile visibility

  • Comply with legal obligations

  • Resolve disputes

  • Enforce our agreements

If you delete your account or information through the app, we will delete or de-identify your personal information, except where retention is required by law or reasonably necessary for legitimate business purposes such as security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
